Q1. How to subscribe to your portal and where to buy the CD?

Please click JOIN in our portal, http://www.ecustomsnet.com to fill in your company particulars and send us a cheque made payable to Customsnet Sdn. Bhd. Please write your name and company name at the back of the cheque.

Q2 What form of payment is accepted?
We accept cheques, bank draft and cash.Online credit card payments will be available soon.
 
Q3 How long does it take for your account to be activated?
  Your account would be activated as soon as you receive an email from Customsnet. You password will be emailed to you once we receive your payment.
 
Q4 What is the price for the internet subscription and the CD Rom ?
 

The Price are as :

CD        : Rm 380.00 (Total 4 CD per year)(1 CD quarterly)

Q6 What is the difference between Specific and Keyword Search ?
  Usage example
Specific Search

the system will search and display the specific word for the tariff code

type character "CAT", the system will search and display the tariff code for CAT only.
Keyword Search

the system will search and display the matching keyword for the tariff code

type character "CAT", the system will search and display the tariff code for CAT as well as for other character like CATTLE, CATALOGUE or others.
Can use for the 9 Digit Tariff Code to search for Duty Rates directly. type the 9 digit tariff code "2309.10 000" for CAT FOOD


Q7 How to print the information on the webportal ?
 

Step1 : click at the segment on which the page that to be print

Step2 : press the button "Ctrl" and "p" simultaneously (ie. Ctrl+P)

 
Q8 How come there is only 70% of the left portion been printed out, how do i correct the problem so that i can printout a full page?
 

Step 1 : At your upper left of the Browser, click on the "File" menu and select "Page Setup"

Step 2 : at the "Margins inches" Box, change the value of the "Left" and "Right" to 0.1333" (default value is 0.75")

This will enable you to print out a full page.
Q9 What is HRDF and which scheme to be claim under?.
 

"Human Resource Developement Fund(HRDF)" can only be claim under the "Scheme Bantuan Latihan (SBL)" that is if you are member of the scheme.

Please check with your Human Resource Department whether you are liable for that claim.
